IVF Implantation failure
Married for 4yrs,still unable to conceive.
Case history:
14yr-Attained puberty-irregular periods(60days/80-90days/120days)
16yr-Regularization medicines(Meprate)+Siddha tonic;gave Estrogen stimulation which resulted in side effects-got bleeding in 12days.stopped & gave Siddha medicines for periods.
Gynecologist- gave Meprate & other period inducing tabs for 1yr.
Diagnosed with PCO by USG in 19yrs.
20yr- Ayurvedic treatment: Tonic (Lodhra/Ashoka),unnamed globules for period regularization.if I stopped medicines,did not get periods.For 5yrs continued same.
Marriage in Nov 2013,took 3-4months of Oral contraceptives for periods.Father-in-law, a homeopath gave Pulsatilla,no remedy seen.
2014 infertility treatment: 3 cycles: Clomid+HMG-No follicles seen.
2015-2016: 4 IUI cycles with HMG/FSH stimulation+HCG trigger- follicles grew well- No pregnancy.
Dec 2016- Mini IVF: Letrozol-FSH/LH/Gonadotropins/HCG trigger- 4 eggs retrieved;
2 Embryos(grade 1) transferred- No pregnancy.

HSG and AMH is not mentioned in ur history. Considering both r normal then regulation of ur menstrual cycle is first to be regulated to establish normal ovulation with homeopathic medicine .homeopathic medicine to stimulate ovulation is required for natural conception.Have patience and be hopeful. hi, pcos is a problem which takes time 2 establish with symptoms over and above u have used oral contraceptives 2 deteriotate it further. so go to a wel worsed homoeopath and take treatment go with a constitutional remedy dont delay as age again causes problems.

Your hormonal support for sustaining the pregnancy is insufficient. IVF failure can be seen resulting from it. Now the situatuon is you donot have follicles in ovaries without support of external hormones. Yours is a case of complete infertility and with advancing age, it will take one year treatment.

Pcos and infertility are common problem nowadays. Successfully treated by Homoeopathy. Pulsatilla may give you menses temporarily. But you will have to have deep acting constitutional medicine. I have successfully treated such cases .
