IVF cost per cycle

One IVF cycle these days comes to around 2 lacs. What all is included in one cycle? If the first attempt fails and if there are frozen embryos stored , then do we have to pay again for getting that embryos transferred or does it includes in that initial 2 lacs payment?

Normally, you need to pay for the embryo transfer(ET) and medications post ET.
