Asked for Female, 24 Years

I had done my second IUI on August 19... Then a HCG trigger shot on August 26...(for pregnancy support) Today is my 13dpo , 13,days past IUI and 6 days past trigger shot... I tested just now and it's negative.. Does this means that my IUI failed ??
