Hi this is my 13 DPO and today my pulse right is 15 for 10 seconds and feeling very tried. Is that mean I'm pregnant? Please confirm so that I'll take UPT scared to see the negative result.

Wait for 2 more days. Then do a pregnancy test. Early pregnancy symptoms and pre menstrual symptoms are similar. Only on the basis of symptoms we cannot be sure if you are pregnant or not.
