IUI - follicle rupture without injection

Hello Doctor, I had a miscarriage in 2019 and a preterm delivery in 7 months due to amniotic rupture in 2020. After which I am unable to conceive and underwent treatment for secondary sub infertility. HSG xray to detect uterus shape and hysterolaproscopy to clear fallopian tubal blocks and septate uterus. We aimed for natural conception but due to age factor we opted for IUI. I used to have regular periods ( 28-30 days cycle ). The egg size before the day of procedure was 18*18mm and endometrial thickness was 8.7mm on the day of procedure. I underwent follicular study from day 7 till day 14 and was prescribed Humog Injection daily. However the doctor planned for rupture on day 17 but without any injection the follicle auto ruptured on day 15 by itself and hence the IUI procedure was done on day 15. Will automatic rupture impact the pregnancy on IUI?
