IUGR ? Dexona injections required? 🙏
Hi.. Scan report reads... LMP 8th March 2022, Single live intrauterine fetus of 29-30 weeks (AC - 2 weeks disparity), Moderate IUGR. Biparietal diameter: 74mm Femur length: 54mm Head city: 271mm Abdomen circumference: 239mm (is this very low???) Corresponding to 29week 2 days. EDD 18/12/2022... Taking Ecosprin 75 from day1 BP is normal and in control. But during my last pregnancy i.e 10 years ago - my son born premature I suffered preeclampsia and he was weight just 1kg. Since that was first experience i was not following up with dr regularly and maybe cause of negligence. Thyroid 37.5mg daily one tablet, on 5th Oct 2022 TSH profile test results T3 1.41 ng/mL, T4 11.38 and TSH 5.63... Dr increased 37.5mcg to 50mcg. Doctor is advising to take inj Dexona 6mg 12th hourly x 4. Is this good to take this injection now? Will this elevate BP or any other side effects if taken now? Shall I take these steroids? AC is really low? Pls reply in detail 🙏
