IUGR baby shows in doppler scan
Hello Dr,
My baby is iugr baby weight is 1400gm in 34 weeks what to do now to increase by baby weight and blood flow to the baby when to expect delivery doctor told us to do early delivery but radiologist suggest to wait for 2 weeks. No brain sparing at present.
Plz suggest. Dr told us that baby will need NICU but for how many days, we don't know.
Plz suggest.

You are in a difficult situation. Pregnancy is only 34 weeks. You should go up to at least 37 weeks before it can be considered a safe Caesarean. The sonography shows brain sparing IUGR but apart from the brain all parts of the body of the baby are lagging behind quite a bit.
So it is taking a risk both ways ; whether you get the baby out or don't get the baby out.
Difficult choice.
