CONSULT A PULMONOLOGIST IF HE GIVE U A WRITTEN CERTIFICATE THAT IT IS NOT AT ALL ACTIVE WITH SIGNATURE N STAMP THAN THEIR IS A WAY. THE DOT IS NOT AT ALL REMOVED.
