Itchy vagina and painful sex

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have really itchy vagina. Whenever the doctor prescribes me with antibiotics it gets better but after a days it reappears. Although i dont have sex anymore because its really painful n burns. My vagina is really tight now and cant even feel the vaginal opening. Its impossible to insert even a finger. Its really affecting my life. Please help. And i have slight pain in the lower absomen.
