Itchy vagina and painful sex

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have a really bad itching down there. Its been such a long time. I have been visiting various gynaecologists but it never goes away. Its will be fine when i use the medicine but after that it starts again. And now i have really painful sex. Please help. I am desperate and helpless
