Took allergy, antibiotics and fungal, scabies tablets, visit 2-3 doctors but no one told me what exactly this is, and it comes Back again and again, never cure 100% and this is very very itchy, and no pain, used Momate F and steroids creams but nothing cured this, got temporarily relief only. No pain usually rules out things like erythema nodosum
Insect bite reaction eg bed bugs is quite possible.
Contact with pets, animals, animal dander around your place of work/residence and similar lesions in colleagues etc may be contributing.
