My 4months baby always itching her head and ear and her hair falling at bottom what could be the reason

Does she have and scabs / rashes on her scalp? Hair fall is common at this age. Hair should grow back. Apply little bit of baby (spoo) shampoo nd wash the hair thrice a week for 2 weeks. Conta t again if needed.
