Itchy foreskin

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Since past 5 days im having terrible itchy feeling on my foreskin. There is no rash, discharge or any other abnormal symptoms. When i pull my foreskin back, it itches on one particular place below the head of the penis. I do not see any sort of boil or rash there either. Im based abroad so do not have access to many indian medicines. Please advise a home remedy. Im washing the head of the penis regularly with soap and water and keeping it dry too.
