Itchy feeling all over do I have HIV?

On November 10th I went to a message parlor in Nairobi and I got a full message "if you know what I mean" NEway i used condoms that she gave me all though I seen her opening the bag I'm not sure if they were 100% closed or 100% safe to weeks later I got bit by a bed bug and had a really bad rash I knew it was a bed bug because I killed it.It has been two weeks since the bed bug bite but I still feel itchy all over but not all the time if I feel itchy 2day I might not feel itchy 2mro.Do I got HIV
