Something went inside my eye while I'm brushing my teeth this morning so I am trying to clean but nothing comes out

Please wash your eyes with freshwater frequently. And put antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin. If getting relief it's ok .otherwise please consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
