Itchy at vulva vagina

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I been having itchy at my vulva vagine for three day after i change my panties it stopped and come back after few hours ... sometimes at night the itchy is so terrible... I did wear panty liner . Does it because of my dirty underwear or panty liner? fyi, my house nearby are doing constrution and we got no choice we still put our clothes outside.
