Reduce milk intake to less than 400ml/24hours - stop bottle feeding if you are using ( it will reduce milk intake drastically if you are using) Increase fibre rich diet like vegetables and fruits These will solve constipation Baby weight at 2 years should be about 12kg (about 2.5kg less in your baby) Give calories rich diet and protein rich diet for your baby 1. Add ghee or oil in food whatever you are giving one spoon per serving approx (alternate between ghee/oil- groundnut/olive oil whichever is used in house for cooking) 2. Give small quantity frequent foods about 5-6 times per day ( as stomach will be small and small children can eat small quantity at one time) 3. Dal more (protein rich) 4. One egg per day boiled or / omlet like 5. Green vegetables more (iron rich) 6. Groundnut use more ( protein and calories rich)  after making them powder as laddu /obbattu like Follow up weight once in 2-3months
