Itchy anus left side

Asked for Male, 24 Years

My anus is itchy from time to time, mostly when i sweat (only left side). I am male 24 years old. Is this a sign of hemoroids, how can i be sure and what can i try before visiting doctor? I do not have any pain or bleeding. I think that i make it irritates while scratching using left hand.
