Itching while nursing

Asked for Female, 31 Years

My baby is 2.5 month old . He is in breast feeding . My leftside breast nipple is itching n paining while n after bf . One month before I suffered cracked nipples. Then I applied nipcare cream , then to it took almost month to get cure. Then few days later itching started . Now it's paining also. Plz suggest how to get rid of this problem .

Hi... Apply pure coconut oil to the place where it is itching and wipe it off when you are feeding the kid. Internally take garlic fries in coconut oil along with your food...keep your diet simple with less spicy and sour food and drink sufficient water. Take care
