  4. Itching, pain, redness on penis. Help!

Itching,pain,redness on penis
I've been facing problem of pain itching on glans of penis and ruptured tissue on foreskin.A week ago i had also faced the same.Used coconut oil,Aloe vera,Clotrimazole cream,warm water .But nothing cures .please help
