Itching no rash

Asked for Male, 2 Years

My son is 2 yr old weighing 10.3 kgs having itching for past two weeks he was under cefixime, alrid then now giving him atarax amd omnacortil. But i see no change in itching. He gets irritated and annoyed. A week back before getting itching he had fever for one day along with rashes which lasted for 3 days. I visited dermatologist he advised to continue medication for a week and then go for investigation if itching still persists. Now i am so worried that what could be the cause of itching

Does he have any rash? If so,apply elovera cream twice a day,and continue syp atarax 3 ml twice a day for 5 days. If not improving in 5 days,reconsult your paediatrician or skin specialist.
