Since u are diabetic chances of Infection is a more likely cause for Fungal or bacterial infection,suggest u keep good Personal hygeine,drink lots of water ,stay away from dirty toilets and ask ur partner to also keep his private parts clean and hygenic.If still the problem persists u may have to take medication to resolve this issue.
