Itching In The Bottom Of Heel - I Have An Issue Of Itching So

I have an issue of itching so much in bottom of heel of right leg. Its always bothers me in nights, daily for 2 to 3 years. Sometimes it's so much irritating and only itch on a particular point in my bottom of the heel. It feels like something running inside and itching badly. I don't know the reason, but once I consulted to my dermatologist and she gives me some medicines and cream. I have taken whole treatment but I didn't get any comfort. Please let me know what is the reason and what is the treatment, if possible. Is it harmful in the future anyway??
