Itching in soles and palm after misopros

I am married was pregnant 2 nd time, but unfortunately it ended in missed abortion at 8+2 weeks,it showed crl of 6+2 weeks.
My doctor suggested medical method of termination .
After 1 hr of misoprostol, itching started in palms followed by soles.
Is it serious or i can wait and take antiallergic also.
