Itching & flake skin

Asked for Male, 42 Years

I am married,healthy,with a single sex partner only. Since last 6 months right bottom of my penis shaft itching with skin flaking,& 2 or 3 small bumps. Often I squeeze around the bumpy area to relieve the itching instead of scratching.I think after sex itching aggravating.
