Itching by the use of Asthamatic drugs
My elder sister is a patient of bronchitis or Asthma she is 42 years old . she is suffering from this disease. From last 25-28 years. Whenever she takes inhalor like Ashtalin and other types of medicine in summer she felt itching in her breast stomach and head area which give lots of marks, not any medicine works for treatment of this itching. Pls suggest what is the reason of this itching.

Hi. I understand your concern s. She has a allergic tendency. She will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis as well as to assess severity of asthma based on which treatment can be started. Asthalin as and when required use only will worsen her asthma. Consult a pulmonologist allergist for the same at the earliest.
