Itching, burning and pain around the vag

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I've been having itching, burning and pain around the vaginal area.. I find it hard to even urinate because it burns... I've consulted a Gyno last month regarding this issue and she said tat it was an infection. Pills, a wash and a cream was prescribed... It seemed to have worked just fo a couple of days but the problem has started again.. I'm jus worried if its really an infection or is it cancer ? I've read an article on vulvar cancer and noticed the symptoms are similar. Please help!!
