Hello Doctor,
My 3.4 year old daughter has developed very small bumps on her thigh and buttock area since yesterday and she is itching them a lot especially during early morning around 3am to 4am. She feels disturbed in sleep due to the itching.
We also noticed that her palms look slightly reddish with a few red spots. She also had few mosquito bites on her legs but I m not sure whether the itching is only due to mosquito bites or something else.
Could you please advise if this could be heat rash or something else.
Can I give her cetrizine 2.5mg at night before sleep?
Will calosoft lotion help in reducing itching?
