Itching could be a sign of poor hygiene or a fungal infections. If you have itching followed by some local wetness, it is fungal infection. You will need to go to a dermatologist to get treated as one cannot prescribe on such a online platform
Generally people dont go to dermatologist as they feel the creams advertised on TV, magazines etc can cure them. They do help control the infection, but its not a cure.
So visit a dermatologist ASAP
