Hi there...what kind of a ulcers are they? Deep or shallow? Did they start as fluid filled lesions? Because they could be anything from chancroid to herpes simplex. It need immediate attention. You will have to be clinically examined as diseases like herpes can affect the foetus. So kindly consult a dermatologist as soon as possible.
