Itching and pus at private parts.

Am feeling so much itching some times Twice or trice in a month am facing itching and pus at my private part. In detail skin is swelling , some times pus comes out from the skin (not from the penis but the skin in side around it) I feel no pain while urinating but the itching is very irritating and odd It's uncontrollable and I feel very uncomfortable in front of public Every day I wash my private part too with water completely But some time it occurs and itches me a lot Please can anyone tell me what is the problem ? and what is the resolution for this problem I have consulted a doc regarding this he said that this is UTI and given some medicine (homeopathy) Due to time problem I haven't used them Now please suggest better medicines
