Itching and pressing bellybutton

Asked for Female, 31 Years

My baby boy is 15months old..is always rubbing and pinching his bellybutton..he has got some gas issue and is constipated..is this bcz of this..when we touch his bellybutton he does not show any doscomfort..how can i clean his bellybutton..can i use calmine lotion

Best way is to use antiseptic solution and cotton. Calamine is not of that utility.
