Itching and pain in vaginal area

Hi my name is Megha, I m having a problem of itching and pain in the clitoris. sometimes there are drops of blood near that area. I often have pain during sex so I have stopped having sex . But even after stopping sex the itching and pain comes for a few times . I have got my periods last week.
