Itching and deworming

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi.. I woke up two days ago with itching in the left side of my labia minors and after I scratched it, it got swollen while the right side was normal. I started using garlic and clortinazile tube, it went down but never stopped itching me. My period started a day after that and I don't know how to continue my self treatment. Please, what drugs or home remediee do you suggest I take? Is it right to take worm drugs (deworm) during mensuration? Thanks
