You are most probably suffering from Computer vision syndrome. After overnight sleep in morning hours you feel better but as the day progresses and also the use of laptop, dryness of the eyes increases the trouble. You can continue using Eyedrops IDew DS aquagel 1 drop 3 times a day for as long as you want. Whenever you open any Eyedrops bottle mention a date over it and use it only for a period of 1 month. You can buy a new bottle next month.
Next Steps
Follow 20-20 rule. After every 20 minutes of your work take a break and focus for 20 seconds at a far away object at least 20 meters away. Frequently blink your eyes ,if not possible to remind yourself then after every 30 minutes of your near work slowly close your eyes for 30 seconds as if you are falling asleep. Adequate sleep and adequate water intake is must.
Health Tips
Cold compress 3 times a day (Can dip clean cotton in refrigerator cold water and keep it over closed eyes for 30 seconds)
