Itching & Burning in and out vagina. Me.

I had a burning and itching sensation last month around 24th August. After 2 days I went to a normal general physician. She checked inside the vagina and said it's a fungal infection and asked me for a normal urine test. The reports were normal. She also asked me about the relationship. I said her yes I had a relationship on July 20, 2025. So she gave me medicine zocon 150, Canesten anti fungal cream and clingen forte vaginal tab for 6 days. After that I felt better my discharge during that phase was like spoiled yogurt. After the treatment the discharge was not same life before but was like a corn flor paste. Now again from 2 days I am having itching and mild burning. I hade oral sex with my partner on 13th Sep. And now I have mild pain in my abdomen as well. Why is this happening again and again. What test should I do to know the actual cause. I request you to please advise me. Thank You in advance.
