Issues with foreskin retraction.
I can't retract my foreskin any further than shown in pic. Otherwise I have no issues while urinating or any sort of pain. Someone suggested that I use lidocaine jelly and retract it back. But I am scared that the skin will get stuck behind head. Can someone please 🥺 suggest if lidocaine is the right way to go. What if the foreskin gets torn or the frenulum , if I try to pull back too much while lidocaine is applied? Also do I need circumcision for a better sexual wellness.

Gradual dilatation of foreskin may be done. One alternative is circumcision. Depends on your condition.
