Issues in inside wall of penis foreskin.

I wash my inside penis daily with fresh water while bathing. Recently i started swimming after 20 days i started having issues to pull back the foreskin of my penis. I found couple of red cracks on the inside wall of my foreskin. Which causes good pain while pulling back foreskin and give small pain while urinating. I am finding smegma daily inside of my penis. (Which i guess happens if you dont wash penis regularly , that also after some days. But, instead of washing it with mild soap or facewash gel i am still getting smegma daily) Skin color is becomes little red when the crack happens when i try to wash it. Did some research on internet, sounds like penis candidiasis, still not sure. Please suggest some help. Thank you
