Issue with talking
I have an 18month old daughter , she speaks dada nana papa and mama based on her mood. Is this concerning ? Should she be speaking more at this stage ? What are the signs of detecting autism ? Some people sacred me that she might be autistic

Your child’s development seems to be normal. Usually kids start talking 18 months onward only. That doesn’t mean each and every child will start doing so. Some kids do so a bit late also. For example if someone in your family on either side started speaking late she might do so. I don’t think you need to worry. Spend time with her, talk with her, sing a song. She will start.
