Issue in early pregnancy
Hi All can anyone update that in 7th week how much HCG is good for viable pregnancy. I am really worried now because two doctors i have met and both are saying i have irregular Sac so chances of viable pregnancy is very less. But depends on HCG. My HCG level is 11487 Plz suggest that irregular Sac is good n can develop proper shape after few weeks. Doctor suggested not to continue with this pregnancy.

2 values of beta hcg, 48 hours apart are advisable. Wait till 8th week of pregnancy. Generally, if the pregnancy is healthy, it will begin to grow and show positive signs on scan as well.
Next Steps
beta hcg and second opinion scan.

Ultrasound reports are more important rather than bhcg level here.. If sac irregular, chance of abortion will be there but unless we repeat scan after 15days and check growth of fetus, no one can predict it.. There are chances that' baby can grow properly if heart beats present at 7vweeks.. So keep patience and repeat usg... Connect personally if any query
