Is vaccum aspiration is good?

Asked for Female, 28 Years

We are married newely. At present i got pregency. But i don't require this pregency. Regards this i approached one doctor. They suggested me go to vaccum aspiration process. Is this a good one or any thing else is good. And suggest me if i do vaccum aspiration procedure now. In future i can get pregency in normal way. Please suggest me.

If u hv early pregnancy you cn go for medical termination of pregnancy by pills rather than getting surgical evacuation done. Rest u cn connect with ur gynaecologist there.. Not much side effects of either procedure is there
