Is trichomoniasis curable?

I am a 32 year old married female. With symptoms of foul smelly vaginally discharge and pain while passing urine, I have been diagnosed with trichomoniasis since last 2 weeks. Is this disease curable? How effective is the treatment? also, is this completely curable with some oral medicines or i will have to take injections?
