Heeyyy doctor, i have been cleaning my bowels by using the hose to fill my butt and then push the water out so all the poop comes out easily, it's fast and makes my colon feel completely clean i've been doing this maybe over a year but now i'm afraid that this method is harmful, because now i hgot hemerrhoids and i womder if that's the reason why
