I'm 22, I had many episodes of sore throat and tonsils last few years also have small lumps at the back of my throat since more than 1 and half year now, it is not painful, I just feeling that it is there in my throat and sometimes I have to drink water to swallow my food. But this lumps are visible and is not gone. I was a occasional smoker. Lumps is not growing so fast but yes I've seen it grow a little bit in a year back then before. Also I have consulted many doctors and they say it is due to GERD and some say it is just Sore throat. Please help and let me know if this is throat cancer

From the symptoms you have presented, i think that you have chronic pharyngitis. But if you feel that there are lumps on the back of your throat which are growing, then you should see an ENT physician who may do a pharyngoscopy.
