Is this problem related to pcod / pcos..
Report by doctor is : Right ovary 17 cc and left ovary 14 cc. Both ovaries show altered stromal echo with more than 12 small follicles in size range 2-13 mm seen mainly peripherally. Pouch of Douglas : No fluid. Abdomen screening reveals grade l fatty changes in liver. No renal imaging abnormality. No adrenal mass.

Yes it looks like pcos.. However only ultrasound finding are not enough , it has to be correlated with biochemical findings and clinical features. Consult directly for further assistance
