Is this perianal hematoma ?

I got this pea sized lump on outside of my anus and is located at the edge part of the anal opening , its quite painful specially when i try to touch it, i think i got it from my last session of straining due to being constipated for a couple of days, it doesnt look like its going to get bigger but doest feel like its going to get small either.
