Is this HSV
Hi,
4 months back I had protected oral sex with sexworker. 2 days later I have got sore throat after 20 days got lump on my left testecal and lump nodes in groin are swollen. I have done all the STD test post 80 days exposure all came normal including my scroutm utscan as well.
After 60 days I have leg numbness, foot and lower back pain went for MRI scan found nerve root are compressed.
And I have done urine test and found 8-10 puscell.
So I freaked out and requested SW for std testing and she's positive with hsv1&2 antibody test .. same day I have done antibody and Blood RTPCR test for hsv both came negative..
I don't have any visiable lesions for swab test..
Can you please suggest me is this HSV .
Can I go for CSF test or do we have western bolt test in India for HSV
