What is the treatment for cpla? My dermatologist thinks this is cpla, he said to leave it as it is, but m worried as some stinging type of thing happens there i meanon the tip of the upper lip it becomes bloody sometimes as if i bit it, is surgery the only way?

CPLA usually is very rare and first of all you need to confirm that by visiting surgeon and getting all the tests done.
Most of the times CPLA doesn’t needs any treatment and can be left as such.
But if you have constant trauma at that site you’ll have to get it treated.
