Is this a cancer?
I have noticed a small opening that is not healing since 10 days on my left testicle, its not painfull And sometime it discharge few amount of blood when pressed hard. I am worried is this cáncer or fistula or follicutilus??

Sir this appears to be infective rather than cancerous. You may need culture specific antibiotics.
