Is there any lump in breast that hurts

Asked for Female, 39 Years

I am a 39 year old woman and I have recently developed some problems around my breast. There is a painful lump on my right breast and it is scaring me to the core. I just hope it is not cancer. Can there be lumps on the breast that can hurt and not exactly be cancer? I don’t want to go to the doctor because I fear they may diagnose it to be cancer. Please help me with some details.

Not all lumps in breast are cancer. But the wise thing is that since you noticed it, diagnose it early and get read of it. Breast cancer has very good survival rate and very good treatment also. So consult doctor as early as possible and do all necessary test.
